If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

Yes, outdoor table bases are suitable for indoor use. However, please note that indoor table bases are not suitable for outdoor use.

All items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product and begins on the delivery date. Each product page provides the specific warranty period for that item. Detailed warranty information from each manufacturer is available. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Whilst we hope that you won’t need to return your item to us, occassionally things don’t turn out. If this is the case, please refer to our returns policy in our Terms and Conditions

Product lead times can be found on each product page. Please note that different products may have different lead times, even if placed within the same order.
We are unable to expedite made to order items.

Payments

All payments are secure through our chosen provider. Nobisfurniture.co.uk currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Bank Transfer for all orders.

All Government bodies including Councils, Schools, Universities, NHS etc. qualify for instant credit facilities. Once an account has been opened terms are net cash within 30 days from receipt of goods.

No, we do not have a physical showroom. However, if you require a sample or need more information, please contact our expert team. They will be happy to assist you.

Occassionally, we are unable to pick up a call in time, or we are contacted out of hours, our sales team will come back to you ASAP if you leave us a message

Our preferred product and review service is Feefo. Once your order is confirmed as delivered, you will soon an email from Feefo with a link to upload your review. If you do not receive this email, please contact our team to have the link sent to you. 

In accordance with normal transport practices, all goods will be delivered to the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor and off-loading facilities must be provided by the customer

Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday through Friday
